How long will it take to remove my tattoo?

Depending on your tattoo, treatment times may vary.

But usually, a tattoo can be removed in 3 to 6 sessions. However, this varies according to the amount of ink that your tattoo has.

Between each session, 4 to 6 weeks of spacing are usually required to allow your skin to heal properly.

But if it’s a tattoo you don’t like, it’s definitely worth the time. Would you rather keep that tattoo that you regret, for the rest of your life?

Is tattoo removal painful?

A little.

Removing your tattoo will be uncomfortable . But if you could endure the pain of getting it, you can definitely tolerate the discomfort of having it removed.

The laser zapping your skin can be compared to a rubber band being flicked onto your skin.

Depending on the area your tattoo is located, the pain you experience will vary.

If it’s somewhere sensitive with thin skin, it’s likely that the removal process will hurt more than compared to somewhere else.

But by using numbing creams, cold air, and other techniques -- we help to minimise the pain and make the process as easy for you as possible.

Is tattoo removal safe?

Yes.

The side effects of laser tattoo removal are minimal.

Lasers are used to remove your tattoos. To protect your eyes, we provide you with specialised eye shields.

And in case your skin reacts unexpectedly to the laser, we first test out a small portion of your skin before going ahead with the entire process.

Also, each session will be spaced apart with plenty of time for your skin to heal completely.
This minimises the damage to your skin and prevents long-term harm.

What is the Difference between Laser Tattoo removal and other methods?

Non-laser options of tattoo removal (like saline cream and lactic acid fluids) are injected into the skin with a needle, and often by non medical personnel.

This needle damages your skin each time it is used, leaving it open to infection, as well as allergic reaction to the chemicals injected.

Afterwards, the treated area often forms scabs, the problem with this is that severe scarring and hyperpigmentation often occur. On top of this, the ink will not be degraded in any way.

Laser is 100% effective in removing ink in only a few sessions, when the correct laser and technique is used by a qualified practitioner.

The only downside to laser tattoo removal is the free hair removal that often occurs at the same time.

How much does laser tattoo removal cost?

This varies depending on your tattoo.

The larger the tattoo and the more ink it has, the more expensive the removal.

However, our prices are quoted for complete removal and not per session. Each tattoo is priced individually based on the colours, size, amount of ink and age.

On average, the process costs several hundred dollars and sometimes more than a thousand.

What is a HIFU facelift?

While you needed to go under the blade for a facelift in the past…

Nowadays, there seem to be so many treatment options, injections and creams, all promising tighter and younger skin. Creams are known to be mostly ineffective, injections can have life threatening or long term side effects on both your normal looks and your overall health.

Recent technological innovations have allowed us harness its effectiveness within the dermal layers of the skin to create a long lasting solution to ageing skin.

The HIFU treatment causes an insult and activates the production of collagen at the deep dermal layer of the skin, this subsequently through the layers creating tighter, firmer, younger looking skin in just a few weeks.

Is HIFU body sculpting the right option to reduce fat?

HIFU is a highly effective strategy in fat reduction. you’ll be able to see fast results. Areas
with thicker layers of fat will likely require several treatments,

The biggest benefit of HIFU is that the treatment is given by a trained technician and no part
of the area to be treated is missed. This gives a smoother, more even result.

And with the right maintenance afterwards, these can both lead to long-term results.

But like any form of fat loss, this is very dependent on your lifestyle.

Even if you receive body sculpting, if you go back to a poor diet and zero exercise -- you will gain fat again.

But if you change to a healthier lifestyle, body sculpting can be a very powerful option for reducing fat.

You’ll see results much faster and get rid of stubborn pockets of fat you otherwise might not be able to.

What areas can be treated?

Most commonly treated areas are Abdomen ( mummy tummy ), Thighs – inner &
outer, Upper arms, Back ( bra line) . As it is a treatment that is done by hand we can target a single area to reduce or remove the visual impact of the problem.
